R A Podar is considered as the best college in the state of Rajasthan. If you have to do MBA in Jaipur (state capitol), this is the best college. However, it is a fourth string college nationally but still its better the most of the colleges in India.
You get an average package of 3-4 lacs which is good keeping in mind the fees it charges. You can do your MBA is 1 lac or so.
So, got for it.

Admission to R A Podar:
It is done two ways. First way RMAT (Rajasthan Management Aptitude Test) and second via PIMMAT. Fees through PIMMAT is more so try your luck in RMAT first where you have to come among the top 50 in the whole state.

About R A Podar College:
In the early sixties a need for management education was felt to keep up with the changing scenario of business in India. The University of Rajasthan, Jaipur started their MBA program in the year 1968. R.A. Podar Institute of Management was then established in 1974 as a constituent unit of the university.
It was the 6th B-School established in the country. R.A. Podar Institute of Management was conceived not to be purely a business school, but a school of management.
